Product Features

High-purity nano yttrium oxide is prepared by plasma vapor combustion method, featuring high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, clean surface, no residual impurities, low bulk density, easy dispersion, strong optical, electrical, and magnetic properties, superconductivity, high chemical activity, etc. It enhances material performance and functionality and is applied in high-tech fields such as optical materials, luminescent materials, crystal materials, magnetic materials, battery materials, electronic ceramics, engineering ceramics, and catalysts.

Product Applications

1. High-purity nano yttrium oxide is used to manufacture magnetic materials for microwaves and important materials for national defense (single crystals; yttrium iron garnet, yttrium aluminum garnet, and other composite oxides). It is also used as an additive for optical glass and ceramic materials, high-brightness phosphors for large-screen TVs, and coatings for other picture tubes. It is also used in the production of thin-film capacitors and special refractory materials, as well as magnetic bubble materials for high-pressure mercury lamps, lasers, and memory elements;
2. High-purity nano yttrium oxide is used as an additive in steel and non-ferrous alloys. FeCr alloys typically contain 0.5% to 4% nano yttrium oxide, which enhances the oxidation resistance and ductility of these stainless steels. Adding an appropriate amount of yttrium-rich mixed rare earth to MB26 alloy significantly improves its overall performance, allowing it to replace some medium-strength aluminum alloys in stress-bearing components of aircraft. Adding a small amount of nano yttrium oxide rare earth to Al-Zr alloy increases the alloy's electrical conductivity; this alloy has been adopted by most domestic wire factories. Adding nano yttrium oxide to copper alloys improves electrical conductivity and mechanical strength;
3. Silicon nitride ceramic material with 6% nano yttrium oxide and 2% aluminum can be used to develop engine components;
4. High-yttrium structural alloy with up to 90% nano yttrium oxide can be applied in aviation and other scenarios requiring low density and high melting points;
5. High-yttrium high-temperature proton conduction material with up to 90% nano yttrium oxide can be used in the production of fuel cells, electrolytic cells, and gas-sensitive components requiring high hydrogen solubility;
6. Widely used in various fluorescent materials, high-quality refractory materials, artificial gem laser crystals, superconducting materials, and many special applications in the electronics industry.

Packaging and Storage

This product is heat-sealed in aluminized bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air for extended periods to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness.
